Doorman service

Plaza Towers Condominiums is the only condominium residence in Grand Rapids with doorman service. Our doormen are ready to help you with packages as well as greet your guests, a touch of the big city.

Dry-cleaning

Plaza Towers Condominiums is served by several dry cleaners that pick up and deliver to the closet in our lobby.

US Postal Mail service in building

Your mail is conveniently delivered to your own locked mail box. In addition, we have a US Postal System drop box on premise.

Cable TV

Basic Comcast Cable is provided to each condo as part of the monthly maintenance fee. Premium channels, digital and HD, and high speed internet are available from Comcast at an extra cost.

Bicycle Storage

In the basement level there is a storage room dedicated to condominium owners’ bicycles. The bike storage room is locked with entry available only with the building security personnel.

Work shop

Living in a high rise condominium does not mean you have to give up your hobbies. In the basement level there is a fully equipped work shop that has large work benches, several saws, drill presses and an assortment of other tools. The work shop is kept securely locked for the protection of projects in process. Building security personnel will assist you with access.

Recycling

Plaza Towers Condominiums participates in the city of Grand Rapids newspaper recycling program.

Convenience shopping

For food and necessities, there are several convenience stores a short walk away. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel maintains a small assortment of microwave meals, snacks, beer and wine; all available for purchase.

Security

Resident Safety

The Plaza Towers building employs a full-time security staff. There are always two security staff members on duty at all times, usually one staff member in the Security Office monitoring the hundreds of video monitors and the other walking the property. The staff is ready 24 hours every day to respond to everything from routine questions to emergencies.

Resident Convenience

A unique feature for Condominium owners is that Security can meet and let in the cable man or contractors if you’re not home, and they accept (and hold for you) packages that require a signature.
