Plaza Towers Condominiums

Plaza Towers Condominiums occupy the top half of the building and are accessed through their own circle drive entrance on the north side of the building. Just inside the main floor private entrance are the condominium lobby and several community rooms. The condominium lobby, complete with doorman, is a comfortable place to greet guests. Through the living room are the condominium-only, high-speed elevators that only service floors 15 through 32.

There are 144 individual condominiums, ranging from a 600-square-foot studio to the two 3,500- square-foot penthouse units. Most of the 2 bedroom units enjoy 2 parking places in the attached, covered parking structure, while some of the smaller units have 1 parking place. The parking places are dedicated and deeded to its condominium. Although all 144 units are all owned and occupied, occasionally, like any neighborhood of 144 homes, there are units for sale.
