Building Management

The entire building and property is managed jointly by a Board of Directors made up of the owner of the hotel, the owner of the apartments, the owner of the retail property and a representative of the condominiums. This group deals with the grounds, the exterior of the building, utilities and roofs. Plaza Towers Condominiums (the 144 condominium homes on floors 15 though 32) is managed by a separate Board of Directors, elected by the residents. This board hires a property manager to handle day-to-day management and upkeep of the condominium common areas.
